Which should you buy?
For HomeCoffeeStack, the Encore ESP is the default recommendation because it better supports a staged upgrade path. You can start with pour-over, add AeroPress or French press, then move into entry espresso without replacing the grinder immediately.
The Opus still makes sense when the coffee station is also a design object. If the grinder will sit in a visible kitchen or home office coffee nook, the Opus may better fit the space layer of the coffee stack.
